BAMBINI: i bimbi fino a due anni soggiornano gratuitamente. I bimbi da 3 a 10 anni usufruiscono di uno sconto del 20% sulla quota del soggiorno.

LETTO AGGIUNTO: B&B € 35,00, HB € 50,00 al giorno (bevande escluse).
CAMERA DOPPIA USO SINGOLA: viene applicato un supplemento giornaliero di € 20,00.
PARCHEGGIO: € 10,00 al giorno
CITY TAX: € 2,00 al giorno
Termini e Condizioni
Tutte le prenotazioni devono essere garantite con un deposito pari al 30% dell’importo totale della prenotazione versato tramite bonifico bancario o carta di credito. La prenotazione si intende completa solo dopo l’invio del deposito e la ricezione di una e-mail di conferma da parte dell’Agriturismo Villa Maria.
CANCELLAZIONI
La richiesta di rimborso è accolta se la prenotazione viene cancellata con un minimo di 15 giorni di preavviso rispetto alla data d’arrivo. In caso contrario il deposito del 30% non sarà restituito. In caso di No-Show verrà addebitato l’intero importo della prenotazione. Nei periodi di bassa stagione, in caso di annullamento della prenotazione, il deposito originale potrà essere utilizzato per un eventuale soggiorno futuro.
PAGAMENTO
Il saldo del soggiorno può essere effettuato al momento del check-out in contanti o tramite i seguenti metodi di pagamento: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

CHILDREN: children up to two years old stay free. Children from 3 to 10 years old receive a 20% discount on the stay rate.

DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE: a daily supplement of € 20.00 is applied.

Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation, paid by bank transfer or credit card. The reservation is considered complete only after the deposit has been sent and a confirmation email has been received from Agriturismo Villa Maria.
CANCELLATIONS
A refund request is accepted if the reservation is canceled with a minimum of 15 days notice before the arrival date. Otherwise, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. In case of No-Show, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged. During low season periods, if the reservation is canceled, the original deposit may be used for a future stay.
PAYMENT
The balance of the stay can be paid at check-out in cash or using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

It is possible to arrive earlier or leave later than the indicated times, subject to availability.
