Our culinary tradition is based on the use of healthy ingredients from strictly organic farming and respect for the basic principles of the Mediterranean diet.
To ensure taste and genuineness, most of what we offer to our guests is produced on the farm. We grow vegetables, greens, and fruits that we use to create jams and preserves – the most sought-after being the lemon jam – while eggplants, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes in oil are among Maria's specialties.
From the pressing of our olives, we obtain a delicate and fragrant extra virgin olive oil, and to accompany meals, we produce high-quality wine obtained from the pressing of the best local grapes.
We also raise rabbits, poultry, and pigs. Our cured meats, accompanied by good goat cheese, are always on the table, as well as a taste of our liqueurs served at the end of the meal as a digestif, including limoncello, fennel liqueur, and concerto.
Oil, wine, lemons, and preserves can be purchased directly at the farm.
Villa Maria Farmhouse, a few kilometers from the main tourist routes of the Amalfi Coast, is located on the slopes of a hill overlooking the picturesque bay of Minori.
